Disorderly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, including loud music, defacing property, littering, offensive or threatening language, or harassment, is prohibited.

Possession of Weapons

The possession of firearms, explosives, or any weapons (real or replica) is strictly prohibited on mall property, except as permitted by law enforcement personnel.

Dress Code

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Clothing that obscures the face is strictly prohibited unless worn for cultural, religious, or medical conditions, or mandated by public health.

Loitering

Extended loitering, including blocking entrances, walkways, or storefronts, is prohibited.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in designated areas where permitted. Public intoxication is strictly prohibited.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco products are only permitted in designated areas.

Solicitation & Distribution

Unauthorized solicitation, distribution of materials, or commercial activity is prohibited.

Bicycles, Skateboards & Scooters

The use of bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or rollerblades is not allowed on walkways.

Minors

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult 21 years or older. In accordance with school attendance laws, and in support of education, school-aged children are not allowed on mall property during school hours, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parking

Vehicles must park in designated areas, and overnight parking is prohibited unless authorized.

Photography & Filming

Commercial photography, videography, or drone use requires prior approval from management.

Customers 18 years or older may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs to the common areas. Owners must always supervise and have control of their dogs. Visitors must check with individual merchants before entering with their dogs. Any dog that mall management or security deems causing a disturbance or which may present a danger to others will be removed from the premises by its owner.
